Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All items are produced on demand through our printing and fulfilment partner Gelato.
- Average production time: 2–5 business days.
- Orders enter production automatically once placed and cannot be modified after printing begins.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery time depends on your location and the nearest Gelato fulfilment centre. Typical delivery estimates:
- Europe / UK: 5–10 business days
- North America: 5–12 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Delays may occur during peak seasons, customs processing, or due to local postal conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, product type, and carrier. Customers are responsible for paying shipping charges at the time of purchase.
4. Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT, depending on the destination country's laws. These charges are not included in the product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer to local authorities when applicable.
5. Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment may be delayed or returned. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact@worldvisualized.com. We'll coordinate with our fulfilment partner to investigate and issue a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
8. Partial Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship from different Gelato production partners, resulting in separate packages and tracking numbers.
