2. Products
All products are made to order through print-on-demand production. We strive for accuracy in product images and descriptions, but slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to display differences or manufacturing tolerances.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are listed in your chosen currency and include applicable sales taxes unless stated otherwise. We fulfil orders through partners in more than 30 countries, however for some locations customs taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or other approved gateways.
- Your order is confirmed only after payment is successfully completed.
4. Order Processing & Shipping
- Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our printing partner for production.
- Average production time: 2–5 business days.
- Delivery time varies by destination; typical global shipping takes 5–15 business days.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, payable by the buyer.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect addresses.

- As items are made to order, returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or misprinted items.
- Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
